In the organization’s daily experience, it was remarked that Rwandan community grows with excluding people with disabilities from participating into social and global development. Families with children whose severe and multiple impairments were found to be stigmatized and excluded by theirs surrounding. They were also unable to respond to the needs of their children because of poorness for some and of ignorance for many of them.

To support families of children with profound and multiple learning and communication disorders identified in community mapping exercise have better standard of care after being referred to the appropriate service provider or by actively participating in a peer to peer support programme, communication camps programmes and parent’s groups were putted into existence.
